Deleting a Page

Before You Start

Assumptions:This tutorial assumes that you have a web open. Often you will need to remove the basic "newpage.htm" from the navigation, or perhaps from the web entirely, after you have used it to create your new pages. Step 1: Open your navigation view by using the "View", "Navigation" menu.
Step 2: Select the page which you want to remove from the navigation on the righthand side. Right-click on it, and select "Delete" from the dropdown context menu.
Step 3: If you are confident about never needing this page again, you can now choose "Delete this page from the Web". However, we recommend rather choosing "Remove page from the navigation structure". This means that the page is not present in the navigation links for visitors to click on, but the page is still in your Web folder incase you need it again at some point.
Step 4: Click OK, and your page will disappear from the navigation!
